Scope of Work:
Armstrong International provides management and supervision resources required to operate and maintain the current utility systems including steam generation and distribution, compressed air generation and distribution, and water treatment.
Armstrong’s site supervisor will be responsible for management of all on-site operators and maintenance technicians; providing energy management expertise and developing cost reduction opportunities while being organized and focused on meeting the foreseeable production demands of Post.
The peak steaming capabilities are 280,000 pph. The peak compressed air capabilities are 98,000 scfm.
Armstrong is responsible for identifying utility improvement opportunities including electrical, steam, compressed air, chilled water, and waste water, and recommending cost saving solutions.
Contract:
Total value of this agreement is $383,000.
Terms:
This two-year operations and maintenance agreement began September 1, 2009.
