Scope of Work:

Armstrong International is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the 4.5 MW cogeneration plant assets which include:

One coal-fired steam boiler; 28 tons per hour
One 4.5 MW Triveni turbine and altenator
One thermal fl uid heater
Demineralized and reversed osmosis water treatment plants
Coal handling and ash handling systems
Two air compressors and related equipment
Cooling towers and process water system
Emission control system

Armstrong will employ and manage a 50 member team of engineers, operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel to efficiently run site operations.

Armstrong will identify future utility improvement opportunities such as electrical, steam, compressed air, and water, and recommend cost saving solutions.

Terms:

Five-year term began December 2008.
