Armstrong's Employee "Green Team"
Our efforts to create a more sustainable planet are not limited to only helping our customers. Armstrong International is demonstrating our organizational commitment to "walk the talk" at our manufacturing campuses through the efforts of our "Green Team."
The "Green Team" is a volunteer committee, representing a broad functional cross-section of the organization, whose purpose is to identify goals and implement programs that will help Armstrong facilities around the world operate in a more environmentally responsible manner. Focusing on the areas of energy reduction, environmental stewardship, and the implementation of social programs that promote each employee’s commitment to reducing, reusing, and recycling workplace resources, the "Green Team" is helping shape a culture of organizational leadership at Armstrong.
