Scope of Work:

This hospital was looking for solutions to their hot water generation concerns on their expansion project. They wanted the best available technology, minimal use of space, and certainty that accurate water temperatures would be supplied consistently.

Upgrade Projects:

Armstrong International provided a turnkey solution that engineered and installed a total of four Flo-Rite-Temp® instantaneous hot water heaters (Model 8120) for the expansion project. All have been performing satisfactorily. Maximum flow rate per set is 33 ton/hr.
Armstrong also engineered and installed two Flo-Rite-Temp® (Model 665) in the hospital’s new adjacent office building, with maximum flow rate per set of 33 ton/hr. One Armstrong pump trap (SPT-308 close-loop system) was installed to recover the condensate from the hot water heat exchanger.

Since 2002, over ten Flo-Rite-Temp® instantaneous water heaters have been installed in the expansion projects conducted by this hospital.
