Scope of Work:

Per the design code for telecommunications industry, there are strict requirements for humidification control, to protect telecommunication equipment from electrostatic damage.
The original humidifiers that came along with the air conditioner dedicated for the machine room fail to produce the desired humidity demand.

Upgrade Projects:

After conducting an overall review of Armstrong humidifiers, Heilongjiang Branch had Armstrong electrode-type humidifiers (series EHU-700) installed in its machine rooms as well as in 12 other sub-branches located in different cities.

Terms:

The products were installed in 2004.

Benefits:

The humidification conditions in the equipment room have been greatly improved.
Even during dry winter seasons in the northern part of China, the relative humidity (RH) in the equipment room can still be maintained within the desired range.
