Scope of Work:

Hotel hot water system for the training center.

Armstrong International engineered and installed one Flo-Rite-Temp® instantaneous water heater (Model 665) for the kitchen and dining-room, with peak hot water supply of 18 ton/hr.
Engineered and installed two parallel Flo-Rite-Temp® water heaters (Model 8120) to meet the extra-large hot water demand of the guest rooms. The design of parallel installation offers both flexibility and additional reliability.

The products were installed in 2002.

The user is satisfied with Armstrong’s detailed product specification and overall system design, which well meet their needs for hot water system.
Flo-Rite-Temp® water heaters installed offer precise temperature control, featured with instant response and absence of temperature fluctuation.
The small footprint of Flo-Rite-Temp® water heaters eliminates the need for a dedicated mechanical room, saving lots of construction expenses.
After the products get installed, Armstrong remains in touch with the user’s equipment maintenance personnel, giving instructions on operation and maintenance.
