Flexi-Flo^™ 50-50 and 50-50-50

The Flexi-Flo^™ 50-50-50 thermostatic process water temperature system controller is designed to be the primary control assembly within a process hot water system.

Capable of maintaining safe, accurate water temperatures during both peak and low-demand periods, the Flexi-Flo features up to three Rada^® 50 thermostatic mixing valves piped in parallel. By combining the high-flow capacity of three valves, the Flexi-Flo has a flow capacity of up to 288 gpm (1090 lpm) at a 20 psi (1.4 bar) pressure drop.

The 50-50-50 also has two specially designed surplus valves that effectively “stage out” the second and third Rada 50 during periods when the system demand can be managed by a single valve. With a Flexi-Flo 50-50-50 as the primary temperature controller, there is a minimum blended water flow rate/draw-off requirement.
