Hot and Cold Water Mixing Valves
The complete range of Rada® thermostatic mixing valves provides accurate temperature control at point of use and in group/zoned fixture control with flow requirements between 0.5 and 295 gpm (1.9 and 1,078 lpm).
Rada offers the industrial plumbing system designer and operator a full range of thermostatic mixing valves that can also be manifolded to produce a series of Flexi-Flo™ pre-plumbed assemblies. With Rada you can:
- Overcome problems caused by high mineral content, with powerful internal action and high-tech polymers and coatings
- Reduce the number of valves per building, because even our large valves have remarkable minimum-flow requirements
- Use a combination of large valves that can handle high-flow demand without the need for small mixing valves to handle low-circulating pump-only flow rates
- Use group controllers and point-of-use valves as secondary mixers even when the central mixing valve is delivering low temperature (120˚F/49˚C or below as legislated) recirculated hot water. (Most mixing valves require a significant differential between hot and blend.)
- Increase operator safety with thermal shutdown safeguard in the event of a supply inlet failure
- Install mixing valves that meet ASSE 1016, ASSE 1017 and CSA B125, where applicable.
