MegaMix™ Steam/Water Mixing Unit—Model E50S

The MegaMix™ E50S steam and water temperature mixing unit is a 3-port mixing valve fitted with an electronic actuator and an integrated temperature sensor to create the most capable steam and water mixing system available today. The mixing valve uses unique shear action discs made of nickel chrome and cobalt-coated stainless steel for a simple yet, extremely rugged, durable and capable design with only one moving assembly. The actuator provides temperature control accuracy to ± 1˚F (± 0.5˚C) and is capable of blending up to 200˚F (93˚C) outlet temperature. Aggressive response to changes in inlet temperatures and pressures keeps the output temperature stable. This system is ideal for industrial applications as either a stand-alone or integrated mixing solution.
