Scope of Work:
Armstrong Service is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the utilities systems at this dairy and beverage manufacturing and packaging facility. These responsibilities include the steam, compressed air, chilled water, and water purification systems. The utility assets include the following:
- (3) boilers capable of providing 45,000 pph of steam capacity
- (2) air compressors representing a total of 200 hp
- (2) cooling towers
- (1) 350 ton turbo compressor for process cooling
- (1) 100 GPM dual chamber reverse osmosis water purifier
- 48,000 lb ice builder for process cooling
- All auxiliary steam, condensate, chilled water and compressed air piping
Armstrong Service will employ full-time on-site management to execute these utility responsibilities.
The agreement also requires Armstrong Service to identify future utility improvement opportunities and recommend cost saving solutions.
Time of Service:
5 year term beginning in January 2006.
