Scope of Work:
Armstrong Service is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the boilerhouse assets. These assets include (2) 650 hp boilers capable of 45,000 pph of steam capacity and the auxiliary components to the steam generation system.
Armstrong Service employ and manage four on-site licensed stationary engineers to oversee the boilerhouse operations.
Armstrong Service is responsible for identifying future utility improvement opportunities (electrical, steam, compressed air, chilled water, wastewaters) and recommending cost saving solutions.
Time of Service:
3 year term began September, 2002.
