Three Rivers, MI – On September 12 – 13, 2009, Armstrong International, along with the Society of Energy Engineers and Managers, hosted an Energy Management Conference (EMC) in Kochi, India. The conference, titled “Petro Energy 2009,” was a forum for leaders of India’s chemical and hydrocarbon refining industries to exchange ideas and best practices for energy savings on a policy, program, and project basis.
Since 1981, Armstrong has hosted more than 50 EMC meetings throughout North America, Europe, and China as a way to help foster knowledge transfer and a better understanding of energy reduction practices within industries such as food processing, hydrocarbon processing, chemical processing, and others.
