Hose Station Cabinet Assemblies

Model FMCD

The FMCD (Flush Mount Cabinet with Doors) cabinet assembly is a type-304 stainless steel, two-door cabinet with a 2" (50 mm) flange, and it is designed for recessed installation. The cabinet doors have a recessed “toggle” handle. All exposed surfaces have a #4 brushed finish. The bottom of the cabinet is crosscut to drain any water accidentally discharged within the cabinet.

The FMCD is designed specifically to house the following hose stations:

• 1033-25/50
• 2033-25/50
• 3033-25/50

FMCD cabinets include integral check valves (039V-S), union connections on each inlet supply, a separate 3/8" utility tapping and a utility inlet/inspection port as standard.

In specifying an assembly, add FMCD to the model number of the hose station selected (2033 FMCD, for example). The maximum hose length that can be supplied with the FMCD is 50' (15.2 m).

FMCD cabinets are manufactured to order and can be modified to include customer requirements such as increased dimensions, vacuum breakers, compressed air and/or fluid lines, pressure-reducing valves and gauges, extra hose lengths, and more.

NOTE: The SMCD (Surface Mount Cabinet with Doors) is the same as FMCD except that it is designed for surface installation and is supplied without the 2" flange, utility tapping and utility inlet/inspection port. Please consult your Armstrong Representative for more information.
