Scope of Work:

Armstrong International México worked with the project department of a new pet food plant to solve the challenge of generating hot water without the need for bulky storage tanks. Due to the nature of the process applications and limited physical space, the Flo-Rite-Temp® instantaneous water heater was the intelligent solution.

Upgrade Projects:

Armstrong engineered, assembled, and installed a complete instantaneous hot water generation system.

Benefits:

Hot water generation is instantaneous and highly accurate (+/- 2.2°C), and control valves and hot water storage tanks are not needed. The system requires a very small footprint compared with traditional water heater and storage tank combinations. In addition, maintenance to the equipment can be done quickly.
