Scope of Work:

As the magnate of Banking Industry in China, Bank of China follows high standards in office building design. Its central air conditioning system, designed by overseas engineering firms, included a humidification system to provide protection for precision telecommunications equipment and valuable paper, while improving human comfort.

Upgrade Projects:

Central steam supply is not available. In addition, the humidification system needs to be integrated into the overall BA system. After evaluation among international brands, Armstrong’s series EHU-700 electrode-type humidifiers had been chosen to provide humidification for a total area of 60,000 – 70,000m2, covering the office building as well as the treasury.

The products were installed July 1999.
