MegaMix™ Water Temperature Mixing Unit—Model E80W

The MegaMix™ E80W water temperature mixing unit is a 3-port mixing valve fitted with an electronic actuator and utilizes a calibrated temperature sensor to create the most capable water temperature mixing system available today. The mixing valve uses unique shear action discs made of polished stainless steel for a simple, yet extremely rugged, durable and capable design with only one moving assembly. The actuator provides temperature control accuracy to ± 2˚F (± 1˚C) and is capable of blending to either inlet temperature. Aggressive response to changes in inlet temperatures and pressures keeps the output temperature stable. This system is ideal for industrial applications as either a stand-alone or integrated mixing solution.
