How to buy online

Finding the Armstrong product you need couldn’t be easier. Just go to the Site Map template to view our full line of “Buy Now” product offerings. If you’re not sure what you want and would like to see the features of all our products, click the Product Solutions link from the menu at left. From there a three-tiered “Search and Select” menu will allow you to find the exact product model you require. If that product is available online, a “Buy Now” button will appear in the Purchase Center box. Once you have selected an item for purchase, click “Add to Cart”. After you have added items to your cart, you can click “View Cart” at any time.

If you have a good idea of what you’re looking for, use the Armstrong Search above or the Competitive Cross-Reference. Just type in the model number and click “Search”.

Shipping

Armstrong will ship all standard domestic and international orders via UPS or you can supply us with your carrier information. Note that some equipment exceeds UPS weight restrictions. For these orders or orders where another carrier is required, please call our customer support number to make arrangements. If you have an Armstrong account, the carrier will initially default to UPS, but you may override this manually by selecting “Preferred Carrier” information from your account. Note that you may change your carrier preference for a particular order without changing your regular account information. You may store multiple shipping addresses in your account information, but you may select only one shipping address per order. Cost calculations for shipping and handling are done automatically on the site for all UPS, non-collect orders.

An order confirmation will be sent. When your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail.

International Orders

We currently ship all international customer orders through UPS. International orders require credit card payment and may not be invoiced. Please call customer support to work out details of your e-commerce order and fulfillment, particularly for orders that exceed UPS weight restrictions.

Order Checkout

When you’ve selected all of the products you wish to purchase, click “View Cart”. You will see your shopping cart, complete with quantities, item numbers, product descriptions, weight, availability and price. A sub-total is calculated for your convenience. You may make revisions to your order, including deletions or changes in quantity, at this time. When your order is set, click “Checkout”.

At this point, you will be asked to review Armstrong’s Terms and Conditions. Once you click “I Agree”, one of two things will happen. If you have already established an account with Armstrong, all of your shipping and billing information will fill in automatically. Otherwise, you will be asked to provide the required information. Click “Continue” and you will be taken to a page that contains all of your order information for your review. You may be asked to supply your credit card information at this time. When you are satisfied that all information is correct, click “Finish” to complete your transaction.

Returns

To return Armstrong merchandise, you must review Armstrong’s Return Policy, available to download here. Simply download the PDF file to your computer’s desktop and open the document with Adobe Acrobat. After reviewing Armstrong’s Return Policy, download the RMA Form. Fill out the form completely and submit it by fax to Armstrong at 269-278-6555.
