Course Syllabus
Every steam trapping application has its own set of rules. Rules for installation, trapping requirements, safety factors - and for load or sizing calculations. These rules apply to the specific applications regardless of the industry in which they are used. In this course we will examine common applications one by one.
The goal of this course is to provide a set of guidelines for typical installations. It is not to provide a blueprint for any specific installation.
Installation and operation of steam equipment should only be performed by experienced personnel. Selection or installation should always be accompanied by competent technical advice or assistance.
